The Pickup

The vehicle pickup process is straightforward. You or your designated representative must be present to hand over one set of keys to the assigned carrier, sign the inspection report, and our drivers will handle the rest.

The driver will give the pickup party a 2 hour notice prior to arrival

Detailed Vehicle Inspection

The carrier will conduct a complete vehicle inspection and note any pre-existing damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL).

Sign the BOL

You or the person assigned as the pick up contact will sign the bill of lading.

The Delivery 🤩

The delivery process is straightforward. The driver handles everything. Upon vehicle delivery, the driver will conduct a complete inspection with you or your designated delivery contact, who will then sign off on the inspection. Payment is typically made directly to the driver upon delivery, unless the shipment is prepaid.

You or the person assigned as the delivery contact will sign the bill of lading, confirming your vehicle was delivered in safely and in perfect condition.
